• Rugby is a 15-a-side team sport. The aim of the game is to score more points than the other side and points are scored through tries, conversions, penalty kicks and drop goals. Rugby is played both with the ball in hand and by kicking the ball. However, when the ball is being carried in hand it can only be thrown or handed off backwards.

    No experience is necessary.

  • We offer rugby for all ages! We have Rookie Rugby in the summer for ages 4-18.

    High school rugby in the spring and competitive sevens in the summer. (14-18)

    Senior rugby for mens and women’s (18 - 35+) as well as old boy and old girl rugby (35+)

  • Yes! Nichols College is our little brother club, soon to be little sister club.

  • All you need is a mouthguard, a pair of cleats, and a can-do attitude!

    Players are always happy to make recommendations if you’re feeling a little lost. & we have Worcester Rugby gear in the store - new items are added frequently!

  • Each team has their own dues of varying amounts ($100+ per season). You’ll also need to register with USA Rugby (CIPP) for about $80 a year.

  • All coaches must take concussion training and have a level 200 coaching certification (at minimum).

    Safety is the highest priority.
