senior mens summer sevens rugby
The Worcester Rugby men’s club runs a Summer Sevens program, open to all college and adult athletes who are looking to compete and have fun over the summer months. Sevens rugby is a great way for new players to learn the game of rugby; for current players to significantly improve their fitness; and for college athletes to develop their skills before returning to campus. Teams will be entered into tournaments throughout the northeast as part of the NERFU Summer Sevens Series, where they will play against the best competition that the region has to offer. No experience is necessary, new players are always welcome.

senior womens summer sevens rugby
It is our hope to get more of our players and local collegiate players involved over the summer by participating in tournaments of the NERFU summer sevens series. We will be holding sevens practices leading up to each tournament to learn and hone new and existing strategies and skill sets.
Not only is this a great way to learn the game and stay in shape, but you’re going to have the most summer fun!
