1979 - The club was founded by Rob Anderson, Peter Coz, and Mike Minty
1980 - WRFC joined the New England Rugby Football Union (NERFU)










1990 - 1999
1991 - Worcester Shamrocks Women’s Rugby Club’s first season
1991 - Joe Sanchez beat US Eagle player Brian Swords in darts
1998 - The mens club competes in the USA Rugby D2 Final Four
Summer 1997 - The mens club competes in the USA Rugby Sevens Final 8









2000 - 2009
2000 - The mens club moved up to the USA Rugby Football Union D1
2001 - The mens club competes in the NERFU Men’s Club D1 Championship
2003 - Mens Club competes in the USA Rugby National D1 Final Four Championship
2005 & 2006 - Mens Club competes in the USA Rugby National D1 Final Four Championship

2012 - Worcester mens and women’s club win NERFU Cup Tournament
2013 - Shamrock win NERFU D3 Championship and are promoted to Division 2
2015 - Worcester mens club win NERFU Cup Tournament
2015 - Shamrocks tour to Ireland
2017 & 2018 - Shamrocks win the NERFU Cup Tournament
2018 - Shamrocks tour to Spain

2020 - The pandemic tried to kill our vibe
2022 - Shamrocks win the NERFU Cup Tournament
2022 - Shamrocks win the NERFU D2 Championship and advance to the Atlantic Super Regionals
2024 - Worcester Mens has a full 2nd-side season
2024 - Shamrocks win the NERFU D2 Championship and advance to the Atlantic Super Regionals
