A big THANK YOU to Crossfit Brutality of Boylston and to Clash PTHS for bringing the ladies together for a ten week program to prep for the spring season. They worked on gaining muscle, injury prevention and cardio. The main focus was building up to meaningful movements that mimicked what the body would experience during the game.
